What's Included

Everything in One Visit — No Hidden Extras

Full Filter Clean

Filters removed, washed, dried and refitted. Dirty filters reduce efficiency by up to 25% and increase running costs.

System Pressure Check

Refrigerant pressures measured and logged against manufacturer specs. Low pressure = a regas or leak is needed.

Coil & Drain Inspection

Evaporator coil cleaned, condensate drain flushed and flow-tested to prevent leaks and water damage.

Full Cycle Performance Test

System run through both cooling and heating modes. Temperatures and airflow measured against rated output.

Leak Check

Electronic leak detection on all joints and connections. Any identified leaks reported with repair options and costs.

Written Service Report

Full report emailed after every visit — pressures logged, issues noted, and any recommendations clearly explained.

Qualifications

Legally Certified to Work on Your System

In the UK it's a legal requirement for engineers working with refrigerants to hold specific government-recognised certifications. Here's exactly what we hold — and what it means for you.

City & Guilds 2079 · F-Gas Category 1

F-Gas & ODS Regulations

The legal minimum to install, service, maintain or recover refrigerants in the UK. Category 1 is the highest level — covering all types and sizes of equipment. Without this, an engineer cannot legally touch your refrigerant.

City & Guilds 6187-316

R32 & Flammable Refrigerants

R32 is the refrigerant used in virtually every modern Mitsubishi, Daikin, and Fujitsu system sold today. It's mildly flammable — and working on it requires this additional qualification. Many older engineers don't hold it. We do.

Why Annual Servicing Matters

A Skipped Service Costs More Than the Service

Efficiency drops 5–15% per year without servicingDirty filters and coils make the compressor work harder — your electricity bill shows it.
Small leaks become expensive repairsCaught early, a refrigerant leak is a £150 fix. Left 12 months, it can mean a compressor replacement.
Most manufacturer warranties require annual servicingSkipping a service can void your warranty — check your documentation.
F-Gas regulations require leak checks on larger systemsCommercial systems above 5 tonnes CO₂e must be checked every 3–12 months by law.
