When you submit the quote form on this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the service you are enquiring about, and any message you write.

We do not ask for payment details through this website, and we do not collect special category data. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We use your details for one thing only: to get back to you. That means replying to your enquiry, preparing and sending your quote, and — if you decide to go ahead — arranging and carrying out the work.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us asking for a quote, so replying to you is the entire reason the form exists. Where you go on to book work with us, we also process what we need in order to perform that contract.

We will not use your details for anything else. We do not sell them, we do not pass them to other companies for their own purposes, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we will not send you marketing — not even our own — unless you ask us to. If our quote is not for you, that is the end of it; you will not hear from us again.

Your enquiry is submitted through Netlify Forms, stored in our Netlify account and emailed on to us. This website is hosted by Netlify too. If you accept cookies, Google also processes your visit through Google Analytics, as described under Cookies below. Each processes the data only to deliver their service to us, under contract, and may host data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after 24 months. Where we carry out work for you, we keep the associated records for six years to meet accounting, warranty and F-Gas record-keeping obligations.

This website sets no cookies at all unless you agree to them. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. Its cookies are only set once you choose "Accept" on the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, nothing is set and nothing is sent to Google.

Google Analytics tells us things like which pages are read and which searches bring people here. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it to profile you across other websites.

Our Google tag is linked to a Google Ads account, so Google may also use it to record which advert brought you to this site. If you would rather that did not happen, decline the banner — everything here works exactly the same either way. You can review Google's own controls at myadcenter.google.com.

You can change your mind at any time. This clears your choice, deletes any Google cookies already set, and shows the banner again:

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email help@kelvara.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
